Get Local Channels Too
One of the greatest
obstacles and challenges for the sattelite TV industry has been
providing convenient access to local channels when installing sattelite
dishes. Well, thanks to government rulings and some ingenuity, this
is no longer an issue. There are several solutions to this problem
for people wanting convenient access to local channels while enjoying
the benefits of sattelite dishes.
In many areas,
local channels can simply be added to the package, as they have
been adapted for satalite, and will be accessed by the satalite
dishes. In other cases, where the changeover has not yet occured,
the satalite dish installer will install an antenna, if one does
not already exist. They will then integrate the antenna into the
remote control, so that you can switch over to antenna reception
for local channels with the touch of a button.
